RNR are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents, ARLA.

ARLA is the only professional body that is solely concerned with the self-regulation of letting agents and actively promotes the highest standards across every aspect of residential lettings and property management in the private rented sector.  It demands certain levels of professionalism and commitment to customer service from its membership.

ARLA member firms are required to work within a Code of Practice, which covers the key stages in letting and managing a property.

Tenant Referencing

Once you have agreed terms with the prospective Tenant we will begin the referencing process.  We use Premier Homelet, a professional letting credit reference company who undertake full Tenant credit referencing.  This includes determining if prospective Tenants have a detrimental credit history or any undisclosed county court judgements.

We are an appointed agent for Premier Homelet.  As part of our Tenant referencing process, we are able to offer you complete protection to guarantee your rent payments and safeguard your investment.  Our rent guarantee policy covers you, the Landlord, against non-payment of rent.  The policy will pay you for lost rent for up to four months of the Tenant’s contract; the time it usually takes for the legal process to evict a Tenant from a property.  Legal fees up to £50,000 will also be paid including any legal costs arising from gaining vacant possession of the property.
