Finding a property to rent can
be a complex and stressful experience, particularly
if you are unsure of the process. That’s
why our experienced and friendly team are always
happy to be on hand to personally guide, you,
our clients, through the letting process and
ensure that your experience is both smooth and
professional.

We have designed the following
step-by-step guide to be clear, comprehensive
and simple to understand, without any
complicated jargon or hidden fees. A concise
break-down summary of all standard costs
involved for checking in and checking
out are listed clearly and openly on the
attached List of Check-In/Check-Out Fees
document. We do not believe in hiding
costs, terms and conditions or anything
else from our clients. To demonstrate
this, we also freely provide a much larger
List of Fees document which details all
potential costs which may occur during
your tenancy.

At the beginning, you will meet
one of our trained lettings negotiators who
will ask you for as much information as possible
in order to help find your ideal property. You
can provide your requirements either in person,
at our central Reading office, or by phone,
e-mail or through our state-of-the-art website.
It is completely free to register your interest
and you can view as many properties as you like
under no obligation whatsoever.
The search begins
With a clear understanding of your requirements
and coupled with our fully-capable software,
we will compile a selection of all properties
that we judge to match your criteria. At your
request, our SMS text messaging system enables
the latest property information to be instantly
transmitted directly to your mobile phone whilst
simultaneously a full colour brochure can be
sent direct to you by email or first class post.
Viewings can be conducted by appointment between
09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 and
13:00 on Saturdays. To make your search more
relaxing, we will always offer to provide chauffeured
viewings in one of our smart Mercedes-Benz A-Class
company cars, which can transport up to 4 clients
to each property in comfort and style. Normally
we will conduct the viewings, and the landlord
will not always be present. Most of the time,
we will have a set of keys and can access the
property to suit your availability.
When you visit the first property you would
like to view, your lettings negotiator will
hand you an in depth booklet explaining the
